Deleting your account and data
- Export your data. Accounting and tax documents must be archived for the period required by law. Save documents as PDF or ISDOC, and reports and the income and expense ledger as PDF or CSV.
- In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
- If you have Pro, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
You can also request deletion by emailing support@iucetni.com from the address linked to your account.
Common questions
How do I revoke an AI connection?
In the app open Settings → AI keys. Claude and ChatGPT connections are labelled OAuth; tap Revoke and the access stops immediately.
The OAuth sign-in in Claude or ChatGPT fails
Check that the URL is exactly https://mcp.iucetni.com/mcp/ and that you sign in with the email and password of your iÚčetní account. If it still fails, email us the time of the attempt and the name of the client.
Lost device – what about access?
Email us from the address linked to your account and we will revoke the lost device's access key. Data on the device is protected by the iOS lock and, if enabled, by Face ID in the app.
The app shows “Offline”
The device can't reach the server. You can still see your data and changes are sent once you're back online. PDFs, printing and email require a connection.
