In short: We store your data on servers in the European Union and never sell it. The app has no ads and does not track you across apps or websites. We use what you enter into iÚčetní only to make the service work. You can export or delete it at any time.
This is an English translation. If it differs from the Czech version, the Czech version prevails.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is NEMOSERVIS Praha s.r.o., Company ID 26122375, VAT ID CZ26122375, registered office Tenisová 956/13, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 72067 (“we”).

2. What we process and why

We do not process payment card details. Subscription payments are handled exclusively by Apple.
3. Data about your customers and suppliers
You enter data about your customers and suppliers into the app, such as contact names, addresses or emails. For this data you are the controller and we act as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. We process it only on your instructions and only to provide iÚčetní. For this purpose, this policy together with the Terms of Use forms the data processing agreement.
We never use your customers' data for our own purposes and never share it, except with the recipients listed below.
4. Where data is stored
- Cloud: in both Free and Pro, data is stored on the iÚčetní servers (api.iucetni.com and mcp.iucetni.com). We operate them and they are located in the European Union. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Your device: the app keeps a copy of your data on the device so you can work offline. The copy is protected by iOS data protection and is readable only while the device is unlocked. With Pro, data can also be stored in a local database on your device.
- Credentials (keys, passwords) are kept in the device Keychain. Signing out removes them from the device.
5. AI features and MCP
AI features are optional. If you don't use them, no data is sent to AI providers. The in-app AI assistant is part of Pro; MCP connections are available in Free as well.
- AI assistant: the conversation and the data the assistant works with are sent to the AI provider you choose: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, or a provider whose key you enter. With your own key, data goes directly from your device and is subject to that provider's terms. The key is stored only in the device Keychain and our server never sees it.
- AI receipt reading: the image or PDF of a document is sent via our server to Anthropic, which extracts its details. The result is used only to fill in the expense.
- AI without your own key (trial and Pro): requests are processed by our server, possibly together with an AI provider. We keep request counts for usage limits, but we do not store conversation content.
- MCP connections: when you connect iÚčetní to Claude, ChatGPT or another client and authorize it (OAuth) or give it an AI key, that client receives only the data its AI requests while you use it. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → AI keys.
Data on our servers stays in the EU. AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), however, are based in the USA. Data is transferred to them under the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Who we share data with
- AI providers, only to the extent described above.
- Public registries: to look up a company in ARES we send the Czech Ministry of Finance only the company ID; for Czech National Bank exchange rates, only the date. These requests contain no data about you.
- Apple: for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple, under Apple's privacy policy.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, delivery of sign-in code emails), acting as our processors.
- Public authorities where required by law.
Documents you send by email go through your own mail app and email provider, not through us. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
7. How long we keep data
- Account data and content are kept for as long as your account exists.
- After you delete your account, we delete your data without undue delay; it disappears from backups as they are rotated.
- Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operational security.
Note: archiving accounting and tax documents for the period required by law is your responsibility. Export your data before deleting your account.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (export in the app). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just email support@iucetni.com; we will reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
9. Security
Communication is encrypted, credentials are kept in the Keychain and the app can be locked with Face ID or Touch ID. Every device and every AI connection has its own key or authorization that you can revoke at any time. Only authorized staff can access data on our servers, and only as far as necessary.
10. Website and cookies
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It only stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes visitors' IP addresses for security and delivery.
11. Children
iÚčetní is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add a feature. We will notify you of material changes in advance in the app or by email. The current version is always on this page.
