QR payments and ISDOC
Every invoice carries a QR payment code. The ISDOC 6.0.2 e-invoice is embedded right in the PDF, so your customer's accounting software can import it.
Customers from ARES
Enter a company ID and the app fills in the name, VAT ID and address from the Czech business registry. Set custom due dates, short names and internal notes.
Price list
Saved items with internal codes go into an invoice with one tap. Items for the selected customer are shown first.
VAT and foreign currencies
21, 12 and 0% rates, reverse charge, EU supplies, exports and exempt supplies. Foreign currency invoices get the Czech National Bank rate and a VAT summary in CZK automatically.
Overviews and reports
Invoiced, paid, unpaid and overdue at a glance, plus monthly revenue charts, per-customer statistics and reports in PDF and CSV.

The job is billed before he leaves the site
Petr has just finished a bathroom for the Nováks. He bought the material on one supplier invoice, but part of it was for stock. By the time he takes off his overalls, the customer has the invoice in their inbox.
- He snaps the supplier invoice and the AI reads all the line items.
- Together with the assistant he picks what belongs to this job and leaves out the sealant and gloves kept for stock.
- He adds labour and travel from his price list and has the invoice issued.
- He emails it right from the site, or shows the customer the QR code so they can pay on the spot.
Receipts in the morning, catering in the afternoon, numbers at night
Jana runs Kavárna U Mostu. In the morning the roaster and the wholesaler deliver, in the afternoon she caters a meeting for the company next door. Paperwork is no longer an evening job.

- He shows a large QR code on the screen. It is generated on the phone, so it works without a signal.
- The customer pays in their banking app and Karel marks the invoice as paid with a swipe.
- At year end he has his income and expense ledger and a comparison with flat-rate expenses.
The client approves the copy, the AI agent sends the invoice
Eva wrote advertising copy for Kavárna U Mostu. An AI agent in Claude handles her email from the mailbox umelec-agent@namailu.cz. The agent is connected over MCP to both iÚčetní and namailu.cz.
- The client replies to the agent's mailbox: the copy is approved, please send an invoice.
- The agent reads the email, finds the customer through the iÚčetní MCP server and prepares a draft invoice.
- Eva approves the draft with a single word and the agent issues the invoice.
- The agent sends the invoice from umelec-agent@namailu.cz through the namailu.cz MCP server and keeps an eye on payment.

Receipts and supplier invoices
Snap a receipt. The details fill themselves.
No more retyping expenses. Take a photo of a receipt or drop in a supplier's PDF invoice and the app reads it for you.
- Photo, scan or PDF. The scanner crops and straightens the document; multi-page documents are saved as one PDF.
- Automatic fill-in. Supplier, company ID, document number, date, amount and VAT. PDFs from accounting software are read straight from their text layer, which is even more accurate.

Security and privacy
Your numbers are safe
Data is stored on servers in the EU. No ads, no third-party tracking. Your data is yours and you can export it at any time.
Face ID and Keychain
Credentials live in the Keychain. Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
Works offline
See your data without a signal; changes are sent once you're back online. A per-device number series prevents clashing invoice numbers.
No overwrites
An open document is locked for other devices. Concurrent changes are merged field by field.
Locked documents
Lock an issued document against edits. Corrections are then made with a corrective document, as the law requires.

Frequently asked questions
Who is iÚčetní for?
Sole traders and small businesses in the Czech Republic that issue invoices and keep tax records. It works for VAT payers, non-payers and identified persons. The app itself is in Czech; this English site mainly serves partners and developers connecting over MCP.
How much does it cost?
Invoicing and tax records with data in the cloud are free, including the MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. Pro adds the in-app AI assistant and on-device data storage; it comes with a 7-day free trial and its price will be announced at launch. One subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, which sync all your devices. With Pro you can also keep data locally on your device.
How do I connect iÚčetní to Claude or ChatGPT?
Add a custom connector with the address https://mcp.iucetni.com/mcp/ and sign in with your iÚčetní account. Step-by-step instructions are on the MCP server page.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 26 and Mac with macOS 26 or later. It is a single App Store app for all of them.
Can I move over from Pohoda, Fakturoid or iDoklad?
Yes. The Mac app imports documents from POHODA XML, which Pohoda, Fakturoid and iDoklad all export. Issued invoices can be exported for POHODA, Money S3 or ABRA Flexi.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings → Account. Export your data first, because accounting documents must be archived. See Support for details.
