Terms of Use

This is an English translation. If it differs from the Czech version, the Czech version prevails.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the iÚčetní app for iPhone, iPad and Mac and related services: the api.iucetni.com server, the mcp.iucetni.com MCP server for AI clients and the iucetni.com website. The provider is NEMOSERVIS Praha s.r.o., Company ID 26122375, registered office Tenisová 956/13, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 72067. Contact address: Belgická 23, 120 00 Prague 2, email support@iucetni.com (“we”).

The app is distributed through the App Store. In addition to these terms, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies, and these terms supplement it. By installing or using the app, or by connecting it to an AI client, you agree to both.

The app is intended primarily for businesses. If you use it as a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by law.

2. Account and access

You need an account to use cloud data and the MCP server. You can sign in with Apple, by email or with an access key.
Keep your credentials safe and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity of AI keys and OAuth authorizations you grant.
You can revoke access of a lost device or an AI client at any time. If you suspect misuse, contact us.

3. Plans, prices and subscription

Free

With your data stored in the cloud, you can use the app free of charge. The Free plan includes invoicing, tax records and connecting your own Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP server.

iÚčetní Pro

Pro adds the in-app AI assistant (Claude, OpenAI or your own AI provider key) and data storage directly on your device.

Free trial: you can try Pro free for 7 days. Unless you cancel during the trial, the subscription becomes paid when the trial ends. AI usage during the trial may be subject to request limits.
The price is shown in the App Store and in the app before purchase and includes VAT.
The subscription is purchased in the app through the App Store; payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage and cancel the subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions or in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
The subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple ID.
If you use your own AI provider key, you pay that provider for its usage under its terms.
When the subscription ends, Pro features become unavailable, but you keep your data.

We may change prices or plan contents. Subscription price changes follow App Store rules and Apple will notify you in advance.

4. AI features and MCP

AI outputs (draft documents, details read from receipts, answers) may contain errors. Always check them before issuing a document or saving an expense.
Through the app, AI prepares drafts that you confirm. If you allow an AI client connected over MCP to issue documents or make other changes, you are responsible for those changes as if you made them yourself.
Your relationship with an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or other) and with other services connected to your agent, such as email services, is governed by their terms.
Do not use the MCP server in a way that circumvents limits or overloads the service.

5. Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. We store it on servers in the European Union and use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
We process personal data of your customers and suppliers as a processor on your instructions. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can export your data at any time (PDF, ISDOC, CSV, accounting software formats).
You are responsible for backups and statutory archiving of documents. We recommend regular exports.

6. Responsibility for documents and limitation of liability

iÚčetní helps you issue documents and keep tax records under Czech law. It is not tax or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of data, VAT rates, documents and tax returns. Overviews in the app are supporting material.

We strive to run the service continuously but cannot guarantee it will always be free of outages or errors. We may temporarily restrict it for maintenance or security reasons, and we may change and develop features.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the app, the server or the MCP server for unlawful activities, circumvent their security or limits, overload them with automated requests or interfere with other users' data.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app or by request at support@iucetni.com. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID settings. If you seriously breach these terms, we may restrict or close your account, with prior notice where circumstances allow.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance in the app or by email. If you disagree with a change, you can close your account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and disputes are decided by Czech courts. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.gov.cz).
